Service manager is nonresponsive and seems to be disliked mutually among staff. Sales team is great.. when back for a 15k waited too long and service manager still has no care of how his shop works. It's really scary to think someone is patting his back saying good job. Never going back. Also if you read other reviews the customer relations person is always a different name. They can't keep someone in the position. Probably because of how bad their customer service is in every department.

I recently purchased my car at Kings Toyota! The whole experience was great! My sale person, Dave Henn was very knowledgeable and very helpful! They did not have the car I wanted in the inventory so I had to preorder and waited for about 5 months. Dave kept me updated with the order status and let me know when it was ready for pick up. He walked me through how to pair my phones and showed me how to use other systems in the new car. I am very happy with my new car. This is my second car I purchased through Kings Toyota! Great place to buy car!
