Sometimes when you buy a vehicle you get sales people that are somewhat difficult to deal with, but that definitely was not my experience with them! Their entire team was very thorough, very kind, very understanding and nice, there was no pressure at all to buy or to negotiate, they answered all of my questions and were great to work with. One of the worst experiences shopping for a car. From the moment I spoke with a sales person, I felt judged and was certainly profiled by the rep. I had to beg to look at two vehicles and was told over and over again, each vehicle wouldn't work for what I needed (I'm glad the sales person knows me and my life better than I do). Sadly for the sales rep, I was there to drive home in a car and the sales rep missed out on a sale and another dealership gained my business.
