Came here to apply for my first passport and Vicki was super awesome! I had all my documents, cashiers check and photos ready to to make it easy. She did say my photo from Walgreens looked a bit too dark and recommended that I take a new photo there just in case my passport photo would get denied. It was cheaper than Walgreens to get my photo taken there and they turned out so much better! Vicky explain the process of how everything worked very clearly and made sure I had all of my receipts. I was worried that this process would be like going to the DMV where I’m waiting around and somehow didn’t know I needed some lame document but I was in and out within 10 minutes!

We stopped in this morning to get a child passport and our experience was AMAZING. We were so thankful that the employee we worked with as so accommodating for our child. The entire experience from paperwork to photo was flawless!

Quick, friendly and efficient! I had an appointment at 3:20 on a Tuesday just to take my passport picture and I was out in 10 minutes! Steve was very helpful and also offered to make sure I filled out my form correctly and had all the documents I needed for renewal. And he was great with kids!

Walk-ins are the best options. Appointments are weeks, if not months out. Walk-in is a jiffy, believe me.
If you mean passport , yes they do. But you have to make an appt prior and bring your birth certificate and I'd and a check not cash or credit.
No but there is a long line for waiting mail is better also even if you have appointment there a long line, I do subject you mail it in
