Hey Emma! Yes, we have small group training and team training sessions. Our small group training has a max of 4 participants and our team training has a max of 19 participants. We have training sessions all day, with our first sessions starting at 5 am and our last session starting at 6 pm. Yes! We have a great referral program where you receive a month free of dues for every member that signs up, that you refer to the club.
We don't have an age limit when accompanied by a parent/ guardian. However, must be 18 or older to workout on your own
