I visited today for an open house where they taught a self defense class. I was feeling quite self conscious about how out of shape I currently am but the instructors were very welcoming and encouraging. Might be signing up for a class pack! We would be members if it were closer to our home (not 30 minutes away). My son and I have taken classes at its old location in St Anthony. Its "new" location is more convenient off Hwy 36 near Rosedale Mall.

Took a bjj class and the place was great, people are nice, the mats were clean and had no bad wrestling room smell.

Viola Riffle

They seem to really enjoy their jobs which to me speaks volumes. Also, great parking. The fitness classes r right in their mixture overall and internally. You will lose inches. The other patrons are cool too. People arrive with a fitness purpose.
