Called to see if they'd take a look at my Hoover vacuum that had a bit of an explosion. The gentleman who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful, saying they're happy to take a look at it. As it turns out, after 24 years of use it was kaputt. They let me test drive a few different vacuums, which I appreciated and actually enjoyed! Walked out with our new vacuum, I know exactly where we'll go for our annual belts and anything else vacuum-related we may need. Excellent service and exceptionally helpful - thank you!

This wonderful family-owned business provides great service and value to customers. I brought in my old Dyson vacuum as the carpet brush was no longer working. Turns out it was just dirty and full of hair, so they cleaned it and tuned it up for me. When I went to pick it up, it looked almost like new! They do a great job of communicating with customers as well, and only charged me $30. This was my second time using A-1 Vacuum, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Yes, we take old vacuums in and recycle/dispose of them as needed.
Hello Tami, Thank you for your inquiry. The Shark product is a bit of a challenge because they offer only very limited repair/replacement parts. We can unclog and change filters but little more. We do offer free estimates so if it's worth the trip over we'd be happy to take a look and give you any options available. I hope this helps and look forward to working with you as needed.
Sounds like a clog or bad pump. Best thing to do is bring it in for an estimate to repair.
