Emerson Housing Apartments

I find it amusing that your sister is in a three bedroom apartment. I was told there were no three bedroom apartments in existence. Five months ago, at the time of the original post, things were pretty crazy at the apartments. There have been a ton of changes since new management has taken over. The lady that came in to take over had her work cut out for her, for sure. Has your sister's housing issue been rectified? If not, I suggest calling the number directly and leaving a clear message. (Passive/Aggressively) Posting on Google is not the way to get resolution.
