Horrible experience! Easy on the sales but horrible in customer service, returns, and credits. Our first business transaction was done on 7/2/14 and the customer decide to return the merchandise. The merchandise was returned in its original conditions, new and unopened from its original manufacturing packaging. In addition to a 25% RESTOCKING FEE, it is now 8/21/14 and we still haven't seen our credit! Every week we are told a different story concerning our credit, but they are just giving us the run around. Businesses and customers, beware when doing business with this company with such poor customer service and no business ethics.

The ANSI Z358.1 - 2014 standards require 30 PSI dynamic water pressure to the eyewash and/or shower.
It varies a bit with pressure, but typically a 4 x 4 foot area. If you are testing the shower, we recommend our AP250-005 test kit which has a chute that captures the water into a 5 gallon bucket to avoid any mess.
