Tristan was kind enough to misinform me that TMobile does not carry the Apple pencil and when I mentioned the experience store carries it but I was wanting to pick it up closer to home he said ok well go get it there cuz we don't have it here and hung up on me. If it wasn't so blatantly rude I'd have to laugh at the ridiculousness of how that conversation went. Do better Tristan or get a job at McDonald's.

Used to have 22 Mbps download at home. Now have 0.9 Mbps. And Tmobile is not willing to do anything to fix. Even after I waste 10+ hours on phone with them..
