My 1st experience was the best customer service experience with the owner whom happened to take my order! I give he and his quality of products company 5 stars for sure. The female that takes calls for his office is HORRIBLE!!! I’m glad I encountered the owner 1st because there’s NO WAY I would’ve given my business from the rudeness that starts as soon as she says hello! She cutts you off when you state the reason for your call, she doesn’t say thank you nor goodbye, yep she just hangs up!!! She placed me on a 20min hold another time, I’m truly glad I don’t have to call there again. That’s why it’s VERY important to select the right person to stand on the company’s frontline which is customer service because they represent the company and that young lady does a horrible job! Anyway thank you MR LAUTERER…. 🤗
