Great work, caring folks! You can tell when you visit that this is their main business focus not an extra service add on!

I worked with Kelly on digitizing an 8mm film reel of my grandfather's and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience! Everything from the initial phone consultation, to meeting her and seeing her workspace, breaking down the process, to the final delivery... she was personable, professional, and put me at ease with trusting her with a priceless family artifact! You can tell right away with speaking to her that she is passionate about preserving family memories and delivering a service that is top notch to her clients, along with her sheer knowledge of the technical aspects of working with all sorts of film and video mediums. Whether it's 8mm film reels, slides, VHS, 8mm camcorder tapes, mini-DV, DVDs... there seems to be no limit in she and her business partner's abilities to adequately preserve your priceless family memories! I will absolutely be using their services again.

I have taken hundreds of reels of film and VHS tapes to Memory Keepers and have never been disappointed. I’m a huge stickler for customer service and Memory Keepers gets a 10/10 for their ability to always help and make you feel safe leaving your film and other family memories. THANK YOU!

Thank you for your inquiry! A simple DVD copy (bare disc in a bare dvd case) is $5. A DVD copy with a title on the face of the DVD and a case cover insert with the same titling is an additional $5.
Unfortunately we don't have any free preview service. We can't run any film through our equipment that has not been cleaned and conditioned. It would take the exact same time and effort to capture for a "preview" as it does to capture for a paying customer. In addition, the time it would take to describe what could be hundreds of different scenes, would make it even more time consuming than our regular order filling process. One 400 foot reel of film could literally have dozens and dozens of different events/scenes on it. Thank you for your question!
