Took all three (1 dog, 2 cats) of my animals in this week. They all needed a routine check up and update on their shots. Dr. "Liz" saw all of them. She was compassionate, funny, and genuinely showed care about the animals. Routine appointment was scheduled about 3 weeks ago. The place was clean, the staff friendly and helpful. I was sorry to see Dr. Balonik leave, but I have all the faith I need that my animals will continue to get the care they need. Im very happy with the services I received.

Cant get ahold of them. No one answers the phone and there's not even an answering system set up. Hopefully they can hire some more people and catch up!

This place is terrible since it changed owners. My boy is sick and they say I have to wait until September for him to be seen. Last time this happened, we had to put one of our babies down. Irondequoit Animal hospital is much better.

The service is fine if you ever reach that point. Staff are friendly and polite. I understand it is a busy one vet practice but there seems to be ALOT of things that are rough with the way they do things there. I have had 2 different pets that were sick, 2 separate occasions and with both they took 2 days to get back to me about squeezing them in only to be told to go to urgent care. And I only found out then because I kept calling them back. If I was told that day my pets could have been treated sooner or if they could've let me know in the morning I could have called around to other veterinary offices. That's not good practice. And another time there was an issue with the mail order pharmacy where it took over a month and HOURS of phone call calls over and over between them and the pharmacy to finally get my prescription sent over. And of course they couldn't be reached by phone when the pharmacy tried calling them numerous times, even after sitting on hold forever. I'm sorry to say but it was better as East Ridge Animal Hospital. I think one vet bit off more than she could chew with this operation. I'm really disappointed with my recent experiences. If it was managed differently there would be alot of great things to say about this place. Another office got my pets right in that day, even with my sick cat as a new patient. They were better staffed and operate more efficiently. Atmosphere there was calm, not rushed and overwhelmed.

I haave called three times and was told to leave a message but never heard the tone and was disconnected. I wonder why they don't have a page for emails.
I think they are still overwhelmed. The phone system cannot handle the volume. Emailing is another way to contact them. Or stop in maybe. Good Luck! Less people working and a national shortage of veterinarians and vet techs is causing many offices to be chaotic. Encourage highschool students to consider college for this profession. This won't soon be solved. 😥
Call and ask
They take care of a lot of animals and those might be one u can give them a call in the morning and they could tell u there very polite there..
Hi Patricia, This is google answers so pretty much people writing the reviews will respond and not the staff. I would try getting a hold of them directly.
The phones there are weird sometimes, could just be a bad connection
