How long will it take for me to see results?

If following nutritional guidance and training with us, we typically see results with our clients within the first month. We run programs 12 weeks at a time because most people can reach their desired goals within that time, depending on the goal.

How many times a week should I be working out?

We always recommend strength training at least 3 times a week and some type of cardiovascular activity 5 times a week.

Are workouts virtual or in-person?

We offer both! You can join us in person at our San Jose personal training gym or join virtually. For our corporate wellness program, we provide a mix of hybrid sessions - both at home and around the office.

Do I need to diet as well as exercise to get results?

We try not to use the word diet, as we teach lifestyle nutritional habits. But, yes nutrition is 85% of the battle when it comes to achieving your fitness goals, so it is always recommended.
