I was hired as an employee of The Perfect Workout and was guaranteed to be given clients once I completed certification based on my work experience. 2 months after my hire (and much delay from the company) I still don't have my cert to no fault of my own and I was now told I will not be given any clients upon completion. Why did Keisy Shorter, the regional manager from Houston, TX tell me these things only to change them with no heads up or explanation? Stay away from The Perfect Workout. If they're going to treat me like this as an employee, I can't imagine what they would do to you as a client.

Expensive but I guess it's worth it still to be determined I just started six weeks ago it's a personal training with slow burn exercises

I am so happy that I found this studio. The "Perfect Workout" is the Super Slow High Intensity strength training method. The results are amazing - building muscle, reducing body fat percentage and building bone strength - and you only have to commit to one or two 20 minute sessions a week. The sessions are private and the personal trainers are all fabulous and essential to success. After 6 months of training I have visible results, and my body fat is down 5%. I believe that everyone who tries this will have success like they've never had before - and at any age.

I have injuries or limitations. Will I be able to do the workout?

The Perfect Workout | Oct 5, 2021

Yes. Many of our clients have limitations or prior injuries that require us to modify the workout. Our Personal Trainers are qualified to accommodate most limitations. We recommend seeking the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

What equipment do you use?

The Perfect Workout | Oct 5, 2021
The Perfect Workout | Oct 5, 2021

We primarily use Nautilus machines. They are specifically calibrated to accommodate the slow speeds we use in our workouts. A portion of the workout may require the use of free-weights or alternative equipment. No equipment is required for our Virtual Training programs.

Are your Personal Trainers certified?

The Perfect Workout | Oct 5, 2021
The Perfect Workout | Oct 5, 2021

Yes. Each trainer goes through our extensive education process. Most personal training certifications do not require any hands-on training to get certified. At The Perfect Workout, our certification goes beyond books and heavily involves hands-on training with real people. We test our trainers’ knowledge and expertise with numerous written and practical exams. All Personal Trainers are AED/CPR certified and are required to complete continuing education as part of their employment with The Perfect Workout.

How can you get results in 20 minutes, twice a week?

The Perfect Workout | Oct 5, 2021
The Perfect Workout | Oct 5, 2021

You can either train at an intense rate for a short period of time, or at low-intensity for a long period of time. Our methodology is based on brief, intense workouts that exercise the entire body in an effective and time-efficient manner. The only thing that makes this workout “too good to be true,” is that very few people understand how to correctly implement this methodology the way that we do. With our coaching and your commitment to giving your best effort for 20 minutes, you’ll be able to reshape your body with a much smaller time investment than it would take using other exercise methods.

You get our science-backed method through a video application (like Zoom), an efficient 20-minute workout personalized to your needs and goals and quality 1-on-1 training – from the privacy of your own home or anywhere in the world.
