We just moved in a couple of months ago. Love the community, neighbors and the management. The new management is very responsive and helpful with anything we may need. Great location in between Downtown Silver Spring & Takoma Park. Great parks near by, restaurants and things to do!

We lived in these apartments for two years and loved it. We switched from a 1-bed to a 2-bed when available without a problem. The on-site staff is wonderful and the off-site office staff was always helpful as well. The location is perfect! Walking distance to the TP metro, downtown TP and downtown SS. The downside to the location is the train tracks, so beware that there will be noise. For us, it was just part of city living in a convenient location. We enjoyed the garden plots residents can reserve, as well as the neighborhood park. The only reason we left was because we bought a house. If you can get used to the train noise, we highly recommend these apartments.

I was duped to believe that I whould be a good can date to get a 1 bedroom apt at the Montgomery gardens which I ask from the first meeting what do u go by rental history or credit he Brandon Dupree was very evasive to that question it a scam they have many apt available they've been vacant for a 1 year they are VeryRaciest and won't let sertin people in that's got good rental history So by all means Avoid This $25 dollar scam u not movin in to Mont garden apt thanks
