The food here is ok. I do not recommend pickup ordering especially curbside. They will not come to your car, they are too busy. And when you order pickup it could take 45 minutes before you leave with your order. It’s probably because this is always a very busy ihop weekdays and weekends, so they can’t keep up with demand.

SERVICEWAS HORRIBLE!!! Service was really slow, waiting line/area was really cluster, people breathing all over each other. My pick up was 10:55am, but when I arrived at 11am they hadn't even started my order yet. I had to wait 30min more minutes without any explanations or apologies for the delay. The food itself was okay, my hot chocolate if I can call it that, because it looked nothing like hot chocolate to me, tasted poorly, I ended up throwing it away. For a 4th of July day they were way under staffed. Over all I will give it 1/5. It was my first visit there, I don't plan on going back.

The service here is horrible. I went to for a curbside pick up and then instructions say to call when you arrive. I called three times and the phone was busy every time. Went inside and the claim was that someone may be taking an order, yet there is not one worker on the phone. I was standing and waiting for my order and not one worker addressed me. I had to address them and was told that the individual tasked to help me was the same woman that I saw when it came in that acknowledged a family, that came in after me, before addressing me. I will never order from here again.

One of IHOPs smaller establishments. I was in a party of 3. The server I had was the major downside. She seemed to purposely avoid my table after placing our order and dropping off the food. My partner did not receive the correct order. We were unable to get it corrected because the server never returned to the table. To make matters worse, I was with my 2-year-old daughter. My daughter's food arrived at the table after mine. Even though the server acknowledged my child, food was ready and sat in the window for a while. That is why her food didn't come out how I requested it to be prepared. Other than that, the food was decent.
