The worst little caesars ever!! They have the rudest employees and NO ONE EVER answers the phone. I honestly don’t think this place should be operating with such rude and lazy people. Definitely need to hire new people!! Customer service is horrible! Save yourself some time and go to the Mount Rainer location they’ll always answer the phone and will be happy to serve you!

The alleged manager Karen Vanessa is what she say her name is. She is rude, act like she didn't speak English, and gave me the finger after I asked to be compensated for there error in my order.

Had a trust worthy experience with the team. Went there a month ago to get an alignment, was made aware of a part I needed, paid the initial check in cost and was told when I get the needed part to come back. I returned without my original receipt and the staff honor the promise without my receipt to show I was there. Good business and quality customer service. Grateful always 🙏, Minister Nat Moore
