Never dealt with their sales department so can't speak for that but I am so tired of their parts department . I don't think there was one time that I ordered stuff from them that they ordered it right always forgets at least one thing every time prices are double than everywhere else almost and they want nothing to do with helping you when they screw up. Only reason why I go back here is because they're the closest place to home but even because of that I don't think I'll be going here anymore because the amount that they mess up.

I was recommended by another dealership in Southern California along I’m a huge fan Of Josh Herrin congrats on winning championship. The Dealers in SoCal recommended me to call and speak with warhorse for parts for My Aprilia , Ducati. I called today and the parts guy was rude and I had a part number I was polite he sounded not happy was condescending on the phone hung up on me. I’m hoping this isn’t there norm on how they treat customers on the phone. Along I’m a huge fan of the Warhorse and a huge fan of Josh Herrin and congrats for his winning the championship for the middle weight bikes. This is my first experience dealing with them I hope this isn’t there norm of treatment of customers.
