Literal nightmare. When grandmother was taken to hospice they said they haven’t seen someone so unkempt and in their own filth. Their phone lines were “down” for a week while she was alone in excruciating pain from brain cancer while doctors and family tried to get in touch. Jason Petrochko. I’m not sure how you sleep at night. A state agency needs to audit this facility. Edit to your response. You should probably speak to several agencies involved.

This facility do not care about the safety of the residents, the care they provide is very poor, the nurses are rude the Administrator is a joke, I didn’t even want to give this place one star

My husband was there iam very disappointed in some of the nurses and LPNs very disrespectful kicking things around having an attitude and also the place is not clean I was very surprised how dirty the room is with not taking the garbage out not washing the floor nor changing the sheets I would never recommend this place to no one and the way they talk to their residence cursing at them

I really believe they don't just hire anybody to work here. The people I have met that care for the residents are all very special, respectful, caring and patient people. They go out of there way to answer any questions you have. It is also a very clean place. They deserve all the stars, they work hard to get them.
