DO NOT ship anything fragile from this location. I had an expensive handmade ceramic mug to ship out and had FRAGILE written on the package. I was up in the Scranton area, so to save time I came to the Dunmore location. So after the counter person scanned it in and gave me my receipt, I heard her toss it into the metal mail cart like it was something to be tossed in the trash can. I came back to the counter and asked for my package back. Taking it down to Pittston where I normally go. I did package the item well, but that's not the point.

I had a very bad experience, after 14 days my documents are still not traced , they are very negligent and poor response . Customer service and Manager both say they are not responsible for any courier lost . They dont help you in finding the document too , please avoid if your sending very important document with them .

I would say you need to stop in and talk to the Post Master
Could be different mail carriers doing the routes. You may need to drop the mail off at the Post office. Just saying.
