Was stuck in line for forty minutes and couldn't even get out to leave do to vehicles in front of and behind me. It's not fast food it's slow after food.

Why is this store listed as open? Today there’s a sign on the order speaker saying sorry we are closed. On the website it says it’s open 6-3 but it isn’t always. And the order sign has been out of date since last fall? What’s going on?
