If I could give -5 stars I would.first they show you an amazing apartment then after you sign your lease they put you in a cockroach infested unit, not to mention ALL of the maintenance problems, you send them a work order and they say they fix it when they don’t , or they tell you how to do it and leave. When you go to the staff with a issue they are SO RUDE please if anyone is reading this DO NOT MOVE IN !!!! Oh P.S they charge you just as much as a really nice place , say on 2920 maybe $100 less

Apply to these apartments at your own risk! If I could give 0 stars I would. They are ghetto and very unprofessional, and the apartments are UGLY and cheap looking inside and out, I only wanted to live here because of the price and location from my job. Before I even applied to these apartments I explained my situation and was told by Chrissy that as long as I have sufficient paperwork everything should be good and I would receive an answer within an hour to 24 hours and as soon as they got my money everything changed! Suddenly they couldn’t work with what I had and they needed more paperwork, oh and it took almost a month for them to give me a decision and by that time I didn’t even want to stay there anymore. WORST leasing management I have EVER worked with.

I've been living her over 4 years now. Best prices in the neighborhood for the sq footage. Apartments 1 block away wants 1000 for an extra small one bedroom! Never had any issues with staff members either. Very quiet and peacefully. Only apts in this area where u can pay under 700 for a nice size one bedroom! No complaints in 4 years!

A lot has improved since I moved here in January, the office staff is friendly. Nuria is awesome, she's always very pleasant and extremely helpful when you call into the office. I had a few maintenance issues and they were fixed right away! For the most part the complex is quiet and the tenants are respectful of each other. I love the renovations they've made thus far and look forward to the continual improvements. I personally haven't seen any bugs what so ever in my apartment or have had any complaints about living here, its affordable, convenient, and quiet. Parking around my building is always available as well, so that's also a plus!
