Just completely done. Week after week after well after week after week after week, I work overtime just for my pay not to be credited. Deposited my payroll check, didn't add it to the account. Deposited cash, still not credited. Nothing like working for the bank to take your money and put you in the negative

I have been a customer of this bank for 11 years. The experience was average up until I used the ATM machine to deposit cash, and the machine malfunctioned. I followed the onscreen instructions and deposited a large sum of money into the machine. Once I did so, the machine indicated that some bills cannot be accepted, most likely due to crinkling or tears, and that they would be returned to me. The machine pushed out 8 bills, but then was unable to push out the rest. I had inserted approximately 40 bills total and the machine locked up and kept all the cash inside as well as my atm card and stated that I have exceeded the time limit allotted to complete the deposit. The machine did not produce a receipt, nor did it recognize the amount of bills which had been accepted or rejected. At this point I emailed the branch as this was at 9:30 pm. The branch advised me to come in the next day. When I came in and asked them to count the machine, they advised I will have to call a 1 800 number to "dispute the transaction" and that they must perform an "investigation" which could take up to 90 days. at this point I closed the account and advised them that I would retain an attorney if the "investigation" did not result in my favor. Worst customer service ever, manager was rude and refused to count the machine. This happened at Robinson Street location in Binghamton NY, and the managers name is Danelle M. Kaplan of the East Side Branch #3619
