I paid $6 to wash a sleeping bag in one of the triple loader machines. The sleeping bag wasn't visibly dirty when I put it in. When it came out, it was covered in what I can only describe as paper mache mixed with sand... I'm guessing there's something wrong with the filter in that machine. There's a number posted on the wall that says "for refunds, call 754-2444." Called and left a polite message, nobody called me back. Called again, a week later, and talked to a woman named Colette, who relayed a message from the manager that this was not their responsibility and they would not issue me a refund. (If that's not their responsibility... what is?) What a waste of time and $6... I guess I'll go to Duds 'N Suds to rewash my sleeping bag.

It is ok in there, clean, but they need to pay attention to their equipment. There's only one cart and the wheels are bad on that, some of their dryers don't work, and their big washers are dirty. Other than that it is not a place to do laundry at

It needs more updated machines And the air Fans are very filthy either they need cleaning or Updated Fans But all washing machines are all in working condition and a very clean place I give it 5 stars 🌟

Lost $ 6.00 dollars in the 43 big machine called the phone number no one answered left message no reply the machine had no start button but took all my money did not give it back and then went to dry my clothes then dryer # 9 took my money also and did not get anything back 😒 or even phone call still did not get my refund 😒
