Friendly staff, lots of space for kids to jump around and places for grown ups/observers to sit and watch, clean bathrooms My only suggestion is that there is more staff available for the private birthday parties. 1 attendant is simply not enough help when there are kids and parents. I think 2 employees helping during a busy birthday party would be helpful. Keep up the good work!

No, anyone who is just an "observer" does not have to pay. You will get a bright pink wristband to wear.

When we were there for a birthday party they were open to everyone
I think they are $5 and reusable- they are regular socks with like rubber 'nubbies' on the bottom
We tried booking a 🥳 party Said we had to follow the paper and someone would happen on line.well couldn't book it.and were told they were closed .and we would have to call back on monday.arent they open in daytime on weekends.hope my daughter was able to.didnt see no adults running the place Hopefully we get help.
I believe the minimum is two hours of jump time for around $25. Reg membership is $22 a month for 2 hrs a day and as many days as you want, but there are stipulations on the weekend...
There is a small section for them to jump on the second level for kids under 6 if you are a little nervous. My son is 3 and my daughter is 5 and they have a blast. They jump the whole place.

No, a parent doesn't have to go and jump, but there are a bunch of comfy places to sit and watch your kids jump.
It depends on the day you go. I do believe it's more than 16 dollars as I took two children on a sunday for 1.5 hours it was around 50 dollars. You also have to puchase the non skid socks for 3 bucks each. Check out their website!
