The worst van service I have ever taken in my life. They dropped me at the wrong address. Never picked me back up , also I paid for a round trip and because I was late to court because of there mistaken address and pushing back the times. I end up in jail and when I called later on that night and asked about my money they told me they would hold it for the next court date. Now court is coming up and I call them. First off the lady on the phone very unprofessional and rude. Also they then claim there’s only 48 hrs to get ur refund. SMH they don’t even know what there doing or how to run the van service. I don’t understand how they still up and running!!!! Worst van service I have ever taken in my life and I deal with a lot of them…!!! Never Again!! I do not recommend this van service to anyone!!!!! Megan bus is better believe me…..
