Had our vehicle for about a month with many phone calls of time frames being moved around. Overall they are sloppy and work slow. Gave us a run around for about a month because they ordered the wrong windshield.

They are great to work with!! I've used them twice. Once for repair done at my home. Once for replacement done at the shop. Guy that came to my home was fabulous. I didn't submit to my insurance but he was very patient and encouraged me to do so. Saved me $125. Just terrific. They also recalibrated my Eyesite in my 2018 Forester when the windshield cracked. Very pleased.
Based on my experience, chips are covered. Cracks may also be covered if the technician can fix by sealing. If window must be replaced you may have to pay a deductible or part of replacement. Hope that helps.
