I had an excellent experience in 2019 when I purchased a car at Hendrick Lexus. Therefore I did not hesitate to return when I was ready to trade again. I arrived at the dealership late in the evening and Shannan Roberts was more than willing to offer his assistance. He was knowledgable and easy to work with. We took a test drive and I fell in love with the car. The deal was made promptly. I drove the car home and came back the following evening (at my request) to finish paperwork. The entire staff that I encountered was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to Hendrick to purchase my next car.
