Beyla Alvarado was excellent in helping me and also being patient and kind. I had not bought a car in awhile so she was really helpful.

Jonatan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend seeking him out if you shop at Lexus of New Orleans. No pressure, answered all our questions and provided detail information about the vehicle. My wife absolutely loves her new Lexus! Thanks again Jonatan!

I bought a new ES 300h last week, and I am in love with this car. It’s my first hybrid, and I had to wait a bit for her to show up. Jonatan was my sales person and arranged to have one from the manufacturer with all the specs I wanted. He was wonderful and kept me posted the whole time. From start to finish this we a great car buying experience. Thanks!

You might have the button turned off that is located in your glove compartment.
Sirestash why don't you just call the dealership directly and ask this question?? They probably don't monitor this page. However, I agree with Jason. Just go to a quality car audio store and have them install some new ones. It will definitely be cheaper and you'll likely get better quality.
Most times the wheel lock key is stowed under the floorboard in the trunk with your spare tools. If its not, just come in and we can match it with the locking lugnuts on your car.

No cost but we only wash and vacuum a car when its in for service. Outside of that we don't offer washes and vacuum.
Usually on our vehicles with key fobs the car will not lock unless the key batteries are dead. If the batteries on the inside of the key fob have life the car will never lock meaning at any time you will be able to get into the car. But doing this could drain the car's actual battery under the hood because the car is always communicating with the key within a certain proximity. So it's always best to lock the car and take the keys with you and change the key batteries once every year.
