I didn’t buy my Lexus from Sewell, but I’ve brought it in several times for service and each time has been a breeze. I’ve worked with Seth, Diana and Megan so far and they’ve all been wonderful to work with. You press the screen were it says ok or done and your screen will go back to the normal stuff, but you can also press the home button under your screen and it should bring it back to normal use.
You'll probably have to email them, I'm not sure if they have a WhatsApp number.

They can work on your Toyota and they have free loaner cars.

Be sure to verify the mileage as well.
If you lose Lexus key or keyfob, you'll have to go to a Lexus dealership for a replacement and programming. Some wrecking yards might have one cheaper. but a dealer technician will still have to have your car and the keyfob to program it.
