You need to get the veteran enrolled in the VA benefits system, if he isn't already. Lyons has an office to do that, but call there first to verify the steps, his eligibility, paperwork needed, and Covid procedures. There might be a home health aide-type service available, I'm not sure. If he's enrolled, he might qualify for the shuttle service for doctor appointments at the VA.
