This place is unlike any other. They truly care about you and your furry family. Professional staff as well as the Veterinarians. They don't just order tests that are not needed. They use their expertise to assess and diagnose prior to going through any tests. They don't judge you if you wish to not go to extreme measures to extend the life of your pet. When you make an appointment you are seen promptly and aren't left waiting to be seen. The knowledge Dr. Bruck and Dr. Kraai is like no other veterinarians I have been to. Their knowledge goes above and beyond to provide the best care for your pet. I can't begin to tell you the respect and gratitude I have for the Marcellus Veterinarian Hospital.

They lost our cats records and as a result our application to adopt another cat was denied. Their negligence prevented a cat in need from finding a home. They no longer have our business!

The best place we have found yet to take your pet. They are amazing to all of our critters.

You can come into the waiting area. They may let you come in exam room if you explain. My dogs have felt at ease with them. Even though they have both been skiddish

Found chipmunk in my bedroom, one of my cat brought it in. Still alive. No blood. Giving chipmunk water, food and a bed. What should I do next action?

I'm by no means an expert in wildlife but maybe you can find a safe place outside. Keep good water near. This way when he is feeling better he can just take off. God bless you for taking care of him
