I was luckily able to get an appointment in two days due to a cancelation. I was so thrilled. We find out today if my Boxer is carrying her first litter!!

Appalled by the lack of empathy, poor communication, double standards, and greed. We took our puppy in for her first and second round of vaccinations. During our first visit we mentioned that she was having really severe diarrhea. She was started on antibiotics for giardia and told to follow up. At her second appointment still severe diarrhea. Prescribed a second round of antibiotics. Still no improvement now with literally 2 months that have gone by of diarrhea that is now worsening to the point of not sleeping for more than 1-2 hours at night. I scheduled a third appointment to which I give them credit for squeezing me in within two days. Unfortunately, I was running late and called ahead. I was told that longer than 10 min I would be charged but would still be seen. I said that was fine. I showed up 20 min late and was refused my appointment and offered sometime tomorrow. So 10 min late you get fined. And 10 min later your appointment is canceled. Keeping in mind the vet was at least 20 min late for both of our prior appointments. When I mentioned that this was literally two months of ongoing diarrhea and we had already been seen twice with two rounds of antibiotics and would it be possible for me to just be prescribed antibiotics, have a phone visit, or have additional testing done I was told no that an exam would need to be done. And additionally that diarrhea can last for months in puppies. So my options at this point are to take off work literally every 7 days (as long as the abx prescription is) for an unforeseeable amount of months to take my poor puppy with every 1-2 hrs worth of diarrhea to get the antibiotic (or not get the abx) that isn’t even addressing the problem she’s having? And if I’m 10 minutes late I pay a fee. If I treated my human patients the way they treat their family pets I would be absolutely ashamed of myself. No wonder they are the only place around accepting new patients. It’s a money mill.

Wow that is very very strange for them to do anything like that I've been going there for years I'm a breeder and I have been taking my puppies there for over 5 years getting a shots always seemed kind and courteous to me Maybe because I'm a man?
My baby was taken care of great, price was not a problem, and there was follow up phone call, email & text.
Yes they do
I don't know the answer to that you have to call and ask them.
I dont know,it was my first time there for my new puppy
They're lower, I believe, and make fiscally conservative recommendations. I have never found that the care suffers as a result.
I didn't have any problem with them they listened to my concerns checked my dog an answered my questions
Christina, Dr. Zimber is still here, practicing with us two days a week - typically Mondays and Tuesdays! The new owners of the practice are Aim Maloco, DVM, and her husband Ruel Maloco, our office manager.
Call mid Town vet they will now what to do. Or try cay nip
A laxative from your vet first-hand, and no rawhide chewable of any kind and a good diet.
Yes you will have 2 call them. Plus right now they're changing over to New Management..
Hello, we can't recommend unless we see your pet and know what is causing the issues. Please call our office at 585-546-1550 to make an appointment. Thanks, MVH Staff.
