I was so impressed by this little campground ! We were right on the water which made for a really pretty camp fire each night. The camp site itself was so even we didn’t even have to level our camper. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Staff was so accommodating! Great stay

I had a wonderful time at this campground and I seen my 1st Eagle in flight. I definitely would go back again the scenery was just beautiful. Thank you for your kindness Jon and thank you for checking us in and letting us through the gate. We did pay $35 deposit fee and booked our nights with no problem.

I am pretty sure that's how they do most of their business, but I also know the whole place is for sale right now and has been for a while so you just gotta call there and if you get machine leave a message I have heard they are good about calling back

When we became seasonals,it was under a different owner,we have a new owner,she has made some awesome improvements and slot to come,we just had our wedding here,Thanks to the park,which was awesome. As far as contract etc.call there number,leave name and number somebody will get back to you

Don't know about monthly. We rent a spot by the year.. You can rent a spot by the weekend or night also. They also have some cabins they rent out.

They don't rent boats or pontoons any more, plus they removed their 5th wheel rental. The rental boats are all for sale tho. Phone works but with selling the campground and limited people, it is hard to catch them but they will return your call

That is really left up to the HOA over where I live in Heron Bay next door to the Pic-a-spot so I'm not sure
They have boat rentals from small fishing boats to Pontoon's. Look up web site and call they will give you all the prices and probably sent you info.
