What does a seasonal contract look like? What stipulations are there for buying and selling?

When we became seasonals,it was under a different owner,we have a new owner,she has made some awesome improvements and slot to come,we just had our wedding here,Thanks to the park,which was awesome. As far as contract etc.call there number,leave name and number somebody will get back to you
