The new seasonal rent is $1,800 if you're a new renter.
No pool just access to a beach. It's nice if not weedy. Not much for kids to do other than beach. Cannot bring golf carts. Season opens in April. Lots are small and not sure what seasonal lot rent is now because new owner too over and HIKED prices. I think it use be be around $1800 before but probably much higher now. Heard she's trying to get all seasonal now and squeeze us holiday weekend renters out. Not really pleased with new owner to be honest. It's a nice place though, really. Sewer hook up I believe is part of lot rent but not sure. If camping by the day it was $24 a night but now in the $40 range. Sewer pump out is expensive...$18 each time but may have gone up too. Lori and John who run place are awesome!!!! Hard workers. We've been going there about 15 years now, every year.
No sewer hook up, but they offer pump out. There is no pool. Not sure what a season costs. I know it's less than $1800.
