Well five star is overrated, but I've had a storage here for about 3 - 4 yrs. No issues. Except when my lifetime warranty uhaul lock froze! And I had to pay the locksmith out of pocket to come cut the lock off! They gave me a new lock for free though. Manager does his job well. He's one of those: I take myself and my job WAY too serious types! 😃 Lighten up! Anyway the homelessness is overwhelming in the area. I must say they do an excellent job maintaining the place on the inside. Great job. Conveniently located for me. 👍🏾 Good job guys.

Someone should be living on this site again.🙏🏽💞 Tags on units paid up and the ministry's storage is one of them. Smh... I would even be willing to do it. It's sad having to stand in line at u-haul to take care of business and terrible getting a real person on site.
