Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Seemed to be better staffed, and more caring and professional than many hospitals. Especially the one in Elmira. Handy location for me also.

I went for a test in the Radiology Department. The doctor was direct, honest and efficient. The assistant Shannon was excellent, very courteous and caring. Overall a very good experience.

This place is a joke!! These people do not practice medicine, they practice covid. If you dont get a covid test, they won't figure out what is wrong with you. They are just as lazy as the rest of the country that doesnt want to work. PATHETIC!! Dont waste a minute of your time here, web MD will help more.

Called ahead to make sure they did Covid tests and helped you out with symptoms. Was lied to about it, literally. Waiting in fast track nurse practitioner pretty much asking me why I'm even here.... Well for gd starters I need a covid test and if I'm positive a note for work so I'm not spreading it working in food service here in our community, I mean maybe???? DO NOT waste your time! Urgent care in Big Flats will let you schedule an appointment online, test you for free and get your doctor note if needed so your not spreading this disgusting sickness! That's where I wanted to go, but the husband called here and they claimed they would do more to help with symptoms. I'd report them to the health department if I thought that would do any good.

I would suggest calling the main number 937-7200 and ask someone that works in the switchboard the question they may be able to direct your call to the appropriate place

Do you have an eGuthrie account? If so, you can access that online and find out your results. If not, then perhaps call your Primary Physician if they are the ones that are supposed to receive the results.
