By far the most sketchy experience I have ever had with mechanic services. I had my car towed to Goodyear because I am a AAA member and was informed that I would receive a discount on labor costs. I do not usually go to places like this as I have been taught that they try to "up-sale" you. When I received the booking call from Goodyear the following day, the person I spoke to was rude and short. By Monday, I was informed that my car was done - the starter needed to be replaced - but they "recommended" about $1500 in additional repairs. I politely declined, thanked them for their time, and then inquired about the AAA discount. Of course, they conveniently "forgot" but assured me they would add it to the bill when I arrived to pick up my car. When I came to pick up my car, the gentleman who cashed me out at the counter was rude - Additionally, I had to inquire about the discount for the second time. When I asked him about it, he became visibly defensive and said, "Did they know?" Confused by the question, I replied, "I've spoken with this shop about this two times." Admittedly, he did apply the discount. When I get to my car in the parking lot, I sit in the car, and it smells AWFUL! I take it down the street and realize that it had an additional 94 miles on it (yes, you read that correctly - 94), and a headlight was out - which tells me that the interior of my car was rattled quite a bit. I'm unsure what kind of joy ride my vehicle was taken on, nor why it came back damaged and smelly. Truthfully, I felt so shocked by the experience that I considered not saying anything at all - but then I figured it's a pretty outrageous story that folks should know about regardless if a stupid Google Review will result in any solution. Don't bring your care here, folks. Plain and simple. *EDIT: I forgot to mention that when I turned my car on the radio was blasting and set to an entirely different station.

Saw online that they closed at 7, so I asked if I could drop car off at 5pm. Told me his guys left at 5pm. When I replied that the website said they closed at 7pm I was told not to believe everything I read online.

Great experience. We where on our road trip and needed tires and they got it done in the same day very happy we didn't have to delay our trip.

I've had good service experiences here, but their hours are very inconvenient. Despite other information posted elsewhere, they always tell me they close at 5:00. Not at all convenient for people working normal business hours. Still, good work, and an excuse to grab lunch on Market St.

Yes goodyear is a tire place
Thank you for asking. No, we do not. However, we'd love the opportunity to talk to you about a price competitive tire option for you.
