I wish there was a less than 1 star. No help for mental help. They dont care if the person is a danger to the people around them or themselves. They just don't want to be bothered. Absolutely disgusting. I get its been a rough few years but children's mental health SHOULD be taken seriously.

My daughter had been having chest pains for 3 days…so she went here to the emergency room and waited over 7 hours in the waiting room. She ended up leaving!!!!!! Rude staff!!!! Neglected to help my daughter at all!!!! A waste of time!!!!!!!

Went to the ER on Monday and was diagnosed with an outer ear infection and given ear drops. I have been sick as a dog. Went back yesterday (Thursday). After many tests they now say its COVID. They tested me on Monday n it was negative, the doctor asked me if I thought the nurse did the test properly……ummm, yeah Im TOTALLY QUALIFIED to answer that. After he answered my questions n told me he was discharging me he walked outside my door (but didnt close it all the way, just the curtain- i was in an observation toom with a glass wall). Once he was outside my door one of the nurses who had been in my toom w brown hair was there and he told her i had COVID. She responded with “ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!?! DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF THAT ROOM?”. There was also a patient staged (i believe waiting for stitches not even 5 feet from where they were talking about me.). If everyone at the hospital is using UNIVERSAL PRECAUTIONS AT ALL TIMES and following the rules then there should have never been an excuse for the outburst from the nurse. There is also NEVER NEVER NEVER an excuse for a doctor to disclose your medical information in a place where he has no expectations of privacy and can clearly see other patients within earshot. Not aure who the nurse was. The doctor I believe was named….Dr. Benjamin Kober.
