Technician called to let me know he would be a little EARLY and wanted to be sure that was OK. Arrived within 2 minutes of the time he gave me. Very polite, courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

They need to seriously remove the automated system they have. Twice now their automated system said there was an earlier appointment available and changed my appointment. Twice now, they have called me to say they have to cancel that appointment their system gave me!!! Which in turn delays my repair because my original appointment is no longer available!! So it gets pushed out farther... My home warranty company uses them. So on 6/14/22 when I needed service for my front load washer which held my clothes hostage for several hours before I could rescue them. The earliest appointment they could give me was 2 weeks away 6/28/22. When I called to see if an earlier appointment was available, their automated system gave me an appointment that was 3 days away 6/17/22 . So I confirmed it. Well guess what ? They called and said they dont have a technician available that day for my area and pushed my appointment back out 2 weeks. So when the technician did arrive 6/28/22 was still available. He diagnosed the problem got authorization from the warranty company, ordered the part and scheduled for repair to be made in another 2 weeks.. So here we are 2 weeks later. I try to call them to ask a question about a different service order and their darn automated system changed my washer repair date. Then few hours later I get the phone call from them saying they don't have a technician available for that appointment. I said then give me my appointment which was scheduled for 7/15 /22 back.. I then get told sorry that is no longer available. The earliest we can get a repair man out there is 7/21/22.. grrrrr 7/12/22 had to have service for a different major appliance. But if course he could not install the part on my other service order. He said something about liability and apologized that he couldn't do it while he was here. Their technicians are nice to deal with. Some are more friendly than others. Just know they don't carry very many parts in their vans. So your parts will have to be ordered & hopefully they arrive within a week or two. Then they come back to repair your appliance.
