Needed 2 color prints made. File was already formatted and in PDF form. The lady was short and had an attitude. Told me there was a 4 hour wait and I could do it myself with the self serve machine. I told her I needed a glossy cardstock so I can print business cards. She said they didn't have any but had matte cardstock. I said ok. I tried to take the paper from her to feel it and she wouldn't give it to me. I wanted to print a test print first and got an attitude (was barely listening to me). Confirmed the print looked okay. She put the paper in and when I printed my first print I realized it was NOT cardstock. I couldn't give that to a customer. I went up to the counter and was ignored. There was maybe 1 other perdon at the counter. When i worked as the graphic designer at OfficeMax I would have been FIRED for acting this way and treating customers this way. This is the WORST customer service I have gotten in a LONG time... Anywhere.. Which is saying a lot. Oh and I saw a box of 12pt gloss paper behind the counter.....
