Amazing staff. They were willing to rush an in store pickup order because my job told me last minute that I would need a large order of all black business clothes, which I did not have, and I am plus sized so I can't shop most places. Elizabeth was AWESOME and started the order early for me and called when they had put it together. I could have cried, I was so relieved. Thank you, Elizabeth!

It was my first time going into a store location, I usually order online and went on to return some items that didn't fit. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone thinking about visiting a Torrid. Positives: Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. No wait for a fitting room or check out and I went on a Saturday afternoon holiday weekend. Plenty of sizes of every item in stock and the store was clean and organized. Honestly probably the best retail experience I've had in a long time. Negatives: None! My only gripe is that a lot of styles I was interested in online are not sold in-store. But that is not the fault of this specific location, and they will even order sizes online they do not have in stock so you can pick them up in store.
