Previously, I gave 5 stars but am changing it to 3 stars. The service used to be very good, and I always felt they were trustworthy. However, in my most recent visit for a routine inspection, I noticed a change in the quality of customer service; namely the lack of communication and customer service decorum. Don't know if it's because there are new hires since I don't see the same faces from the last few times I've been there. Unfortunately, I walked away with a negative impression and likely won't be returning.

Very RACIST, very poor customer service, little to no work done. They lied to me and told me they drove my car around and it was fine. When my daughter picked my car up as soon as she got into it it d*** near seized up on her driving down Henrietta road. I took my car in explaining to them that it kept shutting off on me while I was driving and there was a hesitation they told me it was absolutely fine... Theyarinterested in keeping their customers safe 1st, they are only interested in getting money and doing no work Interested

Most dishonest dealer I have ever seen in my life. We agreed to purchase the car for the sticker price and car was on transit. Car came to dealer yesterday and we came in today (09/16/2022) to finalize the deal. They talked all nicely and have us sign all the docs without telling the price for the car at all. And at the end we saw the price from the copy we were given and the price was marked up by $2500. When we told them about the price, they told us we have signed all the docs and bank has funded them the money therefore, they cannot do anything. What end up happening was they increased the price of the car by 2k and we told them we don’t need additional coverage but they end up adding one for us although we straightly declined it. They will be giving us check for that coverage that we never agreed on and they couldn’t do anything for the marked up price. DON’T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!
