Frank in service went above and beyond getting my kicks fixed before I left the state. He even had my car brought to me in the fingerlakes and took the rental back. Highly recommend this dealership

Stay away from any dealer service departments! (Unless you bought the vehicle there) Visions appointment taking and service scheduling are not a good business model. Labor hrs. and service and parts charges easily cross the line into "Price Gouging". Avoid.....seek out Mom and Pop mechanics
