Ordered the sausage egg snd cheese biscuit combo. The top biscuit was so hard I could not bite into it. This is the 3rd time I've tried ordering this. Same bad luck Guess I won't ever order that again. I tried.

Service here is quite slow. Expect it to take 15-20 minutes to make it through the drive thru line and get your food. Otherwise, the place is fine. I have very, very low standards for quality of service from fast food restaurants and this place just barely meets those low standards, but I would expect it to be faster.

I placed an order via the app on 05/21 at approximately 6pm. Being minutes from this location I hit the prepare now button. When I got there the restaurant was closed with no signs of life inside. I immediately left feedback on the Jack in the Box app. I got an email saying the district manager or owner/operator would be contacting me. I haven't been contacted by this person. A week ago I got a subsequent email from Jack in the Box asking if my complaint was resolved. When I responded they asked for my name and phone number saying I'd be contacted by the appropriate party. Still nothing.

Ordered online. Highly highly dissatisfied waited 1 hr to get my food and when asked to get refunded was rejected because the manager wasn’t in store I spent 80$ to wait 1hr???????? Would give it 0 if there would be an option 😡 oh also they wanted to check my phone to confirm my order and with greasy hands got it all over my phone.and I bet they messed up my order. Update: got home and look at this disgusting is this worth 80$ and also they didn’t give me 1 more burger
