They do not take care of their building. Sometimes the elevator is down for 3 days straight and this is a senior building. Most residents are handicapped and it is an inconvenient place for them.

They have bed bugs.
There are 1 bedroom vacancies. Deposit & rent varies on unit. Rent from $1,350 10 $1550. There is unassigned parking. 2 cars can park if 2 people live in unit. There is NOT enough spaces for amount of apartments. There is individual air/heat units, hot water heater, outside storage & patios or balconies. There are laundry facilities on each floor (only 4 machines)
