The "Quiet" signs in the library are more of a suggestion than a rule. Bring headphones so you can actually focus.

No... everyone can enter library. Only students have access to computers and checking out books...UNLESS you live in local area, can get a community library card for checking out books. Also have 4 Non-student computers. Ask at reference desk.
