Ive been with Mckenna autogroup for a while and I'm happy to report my purchasing experience has been pleasant each time and I plan on continuing to stick with them. I wanted to write this review to let the owners know that he has some standout employees, David Kim, Byron, as well as the finance manager Carlos. By no means was this a perfect purchase experience because the dealership was simply too busy and it felt understaffed, there was quite a bit of waiting around, but i understood and saw all three of them did the best they could for their part. I especially wanted to point out David Kim, the sales manager, who made me feel like I was treated correctly and my business was valued, its something quite simple but I actually dont feel often from other dealers. thank you!
