Had to term my lease since I had a restraining order on my roommate. She only paid a third of rent and her dog deposit but guess what management team decided to give her all our deposits, rent and money were owed? That's right. No wonder that person said she'd press charges if I tried to get in contact, incompetent leasing office gave her all my money.

I've been living here for about 2 years now and I can honestly say that the management team does not care to provide the residents with a pleasant experience. They present themselves with a vibe of animosity towards the residents. It is very passive-aggressive and evident that they treat their roll as a source of income and go about their day doing the bare minimum. I have called the management office for numerous reasons; maintenance bring the most often. Gates to enter parking lots are faulty; buttons on elevators are broken. Sinks are clogged. The machine to reload laundry cards are down. I completely understand that these things happen, but the fact that they aren't corrected in a timely manner, or they happen all to often is such an inconvenience. The worse part is that the team, more often than not, have the same response, "we're working on the issue", or " it's out of our hands because it's a third party vendor". The motivation for this post is the fact that, Rihanna ( sorry if I misspelled the name), is insincere, condescending, unapologetic and passive-aggressive. Every conversation I've had with her, drives me to believe that she is just "dealing" with residents, and doesn't care what the outcome occurs. She's just trying to get in and clock out without care. Problem-solving skills and strategic management do not seem to drive decision making.

Management is terrible! BEWARE! They evict people regularly. Not recommended if you are planning to live in a place longterm or want a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Management becomes upset when you bring your concerns and become less than pleasant individuals. WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. We were excited for gym amenities and sold the perfect place to live until we got there. Other apartments come to use the gym and work out making it impossible to use courts etc. Teens flood the place after mid night security does nothing. Cars get broken into regularly.
